This annual run/walk returns for its 8th year to raise awareness for mental health in our community. It's for anyone who wants to end the silence surrounding mental health and spread the word that it's okay to not be okay. All donations and profits from the Stepping On Stigma 5k Run/Walk go directly to the Buck Up Foundation and other mental health organizations. T-shirts are available for purchase when you register, and you can also donate directly. There's a new kids' run for children 12 and under, where they'll run to the end of the block and back for a medal, and everyone can enjoy vendors and prizes.
