About this race
The Federation Trail, a safe, car-free path between Romsey and Lancefield at the foot of the Macedon Ranges, hosts the Lancefield Pub To Pub. Now in its third year, the event serves the runner's goal to "shake off the winter and kickstart spring." It offers a pub-run spirit, welcoming serious runners, casual joggers, youngsters, and those from the back of the pack.
The course connects the 1860 in Romsey to the Lancefield Hotel, with options for a one-way or out-and-back "full biscuit" effort. Marshals, feed stations, hydration, snacks, and encouragement will be provided. The event concludes with a "post-run beer and BBQ," featuring a finisher's trophy glass with a beer or non-alcoholic drink, and a BBQ snag, maintaining the pub-to-pub theme.
