Run the River

Midland River Days Festival shapes this event: Run the River is "more than a race," part of an evening with live music, local food, hot air balloons, and the festival atmosphere surrounding you. It is also the second race in the Midland Triple Challenge, combined with Dow RunWalk and Loons Pennant Race for "cool swag with one registration." The evening is designed for runners and walkers, with separate waves and a rain-or-shine policy that reflects local-race practicality. The unique aspect is in the motto, "RUN FOR THE PINT": participants receive a stein and a complimentary drink ticket for the Rotary Tent, provided by Fabiano Brothers and Midland Brewing Company, ensuring the post-race plan is set.
