Tassal AB Marathon Festival

The foreshore serves as the central point for the Tassal AB Marathon Festival. Runners navigate a course between Airlie Beach and Cannonvale Beach, with shorter races utilizing the Port of Airlie end. This marks the 13th year for the event, recognized as an award-winning festival situated in a "beautiful tropical holiday destination" that also functions as a "launching pad for tourists" en route to the Whitsundays and reef country.
