Wonderland 2023 - 2km Kids Race

Halls Gap Centenary Hall on Grampians Road serves as the starting point, with the Wonderland Range and Grampians/Gariwerd National Park providing the setting. The children's race is part of the larger Wonderland Run weekend, offering young runners a complete event-village atmosphere instead of a simple add-on. For families, a notable feature is the absence of a minimum age requirement; children up to age 13 can participate, and parents may accompany an entered child. They will be alongside older juniors and adults tackling courses described as challenging and delightful from the base camp, with participants aiming to "Take in some of the very best vantage points" of the park. This allows children to experience the same race-day energy in a more accessible format.
