Urban Halloween Run 2026

The popular building run of the city of Menen is entering its fifth edition and is presenting a completely new formula this year. After a record year in 2025 with almost 700 participants, the anniversary edition is moving to the sub-municipality of Rekkem for the first time. On Friday, October 23rd at 6:00 PM, the village center of Rekkem will be the setting for the very first Urban Halloween Run. The start and finish will be at Sporthal Ter Steenlandt. The event has a surprising 6.5-kilometer course through unique buildings, including the Kasteelhoeve, nursing home De Zilvervogel, and various local businesses. The entire event will be immersed in a spooky Halloween atmosphere with surprises and experiences.
