Route 4, the exit to Chapada/Coxipó do Ouro, is the first pick when cyclists want a proper road feel. Route 1 points riders toward Rondonópolis, Route 2 points them toward Santo Antônio do Leverger, and Route 3 heads for Cáceres. Avenida Beira Rio gives a 24.2 km ride with 196 m ascent and 195 m descent, so it works for steady Z2. A route called subidoes gives 35.5 km with 324 m ascent and 325 m descent.
