TransRockies GOLDEN ULTRA

The Golden Ultra is a trail running race held in September in Golden, British Columbia. Its main format spans three days. Participants can compete as a stage race or opt for a one-day ultra. The event also offers shorter distances, including 5K and 10K, in addition to a 50K. The courses feature singletrack trails beginning in the Town of Golden, crossing Rocky Mountain terrain, and following the Columbia River. The stage race is available in two formats: the Full Pint and the Half Pint. Single-day entries provide an accessible option for those new to trail running, aiming for an ultra distance, or completing the multi-day challenge.
