Sokolovská 24 MTB – 8. ročník MTB 2026

Sokolovská 24 MTB takes place in early September at the Michal natural swimming pool and recreational lake in Sokolov. The primary format is straightforward and demanding: participants on mountain bikes, running, and kick-scooters compete for 24, 12, or 6 hours, individually or in DUO and FOUR-person teams. While mountain biking is central, the event also features gravel running and scooters, positioning it as a multi-sport festival rather than solely a bike race. The weekend begins with registration, campsite setup, and a Friday uphill time trial named BIKE vs. RUN, where cyclists and runners compete on the ascent to Hrušková. The main endurance races are centered around the pit area near Lake Michal. Teams alternate, solo competitors manage their energy, and lights become necessary as night riding commences. The event also connects with the Sokolovská 12 RUN, provides activities for children and accompanying guests, and features music from local DJ Rostis near the handover zone and buffet tent.
