About this race
The Wunstorfer Citylauf is a running event held in the city center of Wunstorf, organized by TuS Wunstorf. The Stadtkirche serves as the event's hub, with the start and finish lines located in front of the city church. The schedule includes short, accessible races alongside a 10-kilometer main race, making the day suitable for runners of all levels.
The course consists of a 1,400-meter circuit through the Innenstadt. Various races utilize different numbers of laps or modified routes. A 400-meter Bambini run is available for young children, while elementary school runners compete in 900-meter races for U08 and U10 categories. Older schoolchildren participate in 1,600-meter races, and a 4,400-meter option is offered. The 10,000-meter Hauptlauf is the longest race, providing a clear progression from introductory runs for children to a full 10K city race.
