The Warburger Oktoberwochenlauf is a local running event held at Sportzentrum Diemelaue in Warburg, Germany. The start and finish lines are at the sports center on Bernhardistraße, centering the day around this single location. Student races begin the morning, followed by a 21.5 km race, a 5 km race, and a 10 km race. Entry fees are kept low, with distinct prices for youths or students and adults. The event features a 5 km company team competition, offering workplaces a specific reason to participate as a group. Each company team consists of three people and must have at least one woman and one man. The team's time is determined by summing individual times, with the three fastest runners from each company contributing to the overall score. Registration is managed online via RaceResult; no on-site entries are accepted. Warburger SV and RaceResult will post the results afterward.
