Hembser 3-Dörfer Lauf 2026

The Hembser 3-Dörfer Lauf begins at the community hall in Hembsen, a village within the Brakel area of North Rhine-Westphalia. Organized by TuS 13 Hembsen, this local Volkslauf offers races of 1, 5, 10, and 18 km, alongside a free Bambini run for the youngest participants. The event takes place in the summer, with early evening starts, creating an atmosphere akin to a village sports gathering rather than a formal city race. The course connects Hembsen with Beller and Erkeln. The 18 km route extends to include Bruchhausen. Last year, over 400 runners and walkers participated, drawing a diverse field that included children, walkers, local athletes, and those seeking a challenging rural run on the longer course. Participants receive certificates, with the top three in each category awarded medals. All Bambini runners also receive a medal. The finish area provides fresh fruit, showers, and digital timing services from Race Result.
