23. Rodgau Triathlon 2026

The Rodgau Triathlon takes place at Strandbad Nieder-Roden in Rodgau, Hesse. The swim occurs in the bathing lake, with the race center located near the lido parking lot. TSV 1889 Dudenhofen is the organizing body. Athletes can choose between a sprint race (450 m swim, 14 km bike, 5 km run) or an Olympic-distance race (1.5 km swim, 42 km bike, 10 km run). Both distances are offered for individual participants and relay teams, catering to both triathlon newcomers and experienced athletes. The bike and run courses are flat, circling the lake area, making them easy to follow and suitable for participants of varying skill levels. Approximately 800 athletes are anticipated across all categories. Spectators and volunteers are integrated into the event's planning. The Hessian Triathlon Leagues also compete on the same day, introducing a higher level of competition alongside the categories for beginners and teams. The event operates under an "Inclusion and Sport" theme, and the designated swim area provides a contained course on the lake.
