Schleswiger Treppenlauf 2026

The Schleswiger Treppenlauf is a city race in Schleswig featuring many stairs, starting and finishing at the Polierteich. Participants run 10 laps, ascending 940 steps overall, primarily on solid sand, and can compete individually or in two-person teams. The course follows Michaelisallee, Lollfuß, and the Lollfußtreppe, a 100-step stairway climbed ten times. This is the event's 13th year. It attracts both recreational runners and seasoned athletes, fostering a local, communal atmosphere over a purely competitive focus.
