Cims de Girona - Els Àngels is a night trail running series in Girona focused on uphill races. Participants ascend Sant Miquel, Els Àngels, and Rocacorba, with only the climbing time recorded. Club Trail Running Girona organizes the series, now in its thirteenth year. The Sant Miquel race begins at eight in the evening near Restaurant el Cul del Món, following a brief introduction. The course covers 3.92 km. The format emphasizes climbing over full circuit racing. Each finish provides water, nuts, sweets, and other simple refreshments. Els Àngels concludes the series at the Santuari dels Àngels, followed by a final get-together featuring food, awards, and a prize draw. The concluding meal is available to runners, their guests, and onlookers, offering cured meats, cheeses, pâtés, croquettes, salad, and botifarra with potatoes, alongside a vegetarian or vegan choice.
