Cross UAM 2026

Cross UAM is a 6.7 km cross-country race held at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid’s Cantoblanco campus, typically in December, starting in the late morning. It is part of Madrid’s university cross-country circuit, but also welcomes popular runners for a small entry fee. The route utilizes Monte de Valdelatas, the race’s usual venue, making it a campus-and-woodland cross rather than a road race through central Madrid. The fields are divided into university men and women, UAM runners, university teams, and veteran runners aged 40 and over; recent editions have attracted over 300 participants, with university squads, UAM community runners, veterans, and local amateurs competing on the same 6,700-metre course.
