La Conquista Bike Packing 2026

La Conquista Bike Packing is a point-to-point bikepacking race from Burgos to Valencia, designed for MTB and gravel bikes. Participants have up to 90 hours to reach the finish line, with solo, team, and relay options. The route includes 6 controls and 6 liquid aid stations, marking it as a long crossing of Spain with checkpoints and a strict time limit, rather than a short, closed-course mountain-bike event. The course utilizes a section of the Camino del Cid, providing a historical connection as it travels from Burgos towards the Mediterranean. The majority of the riding is off-road: 70% dirt track or path, 25% asphalt, and 5% trail. The statistics are substantial: 6,000 meters of climbing, 6,890 meters of descent, and a summit of 1,720 meters. The race features two categories, provides cloakroom and shower facilities, and offers food for riders upon arrival in Valencia.
