Pyrenees Stage Run 2026

The Pyrenees Stage Run begins in Ribes de Freser, located in the Spanish Pyrenees, and guides small teams over approximately 230 kilometers of mountain trail in late summer. This is a week-long stage race, not a one-day ultra, where runners progress from one town to another, crossing mostly unpaved terrain. The course utilizes the GR11 corridor through the Pyrenees, incorporating stages in Andorra, and concludes in Salardú. Teams must consist of two or three runners, with a participant limit of 150. The event emphasizes shared logistics alongside the competition; entry options can encompass hotel lodging, meals, race support, and a nightly dinner.
