Metsä Group Seurakisat 2026

Metsä Group Seurakisat is a national Finnish athletics series for children and young people, with events held annually in over 500 locations nationwide. It emphasizes accessible participation, focusing on providing children a straightforward entry into track and field via their local clubs, rather than solely on competitive performance. Over 25,000 participants attend the series events in total. Metsä Group serves as the title partner, collaborating with the Finnish Athletics Federation to foster children's athletics and improve sport accessibility. The objective is to encourage physical activity, skill development through sport, and the formation of lifelong active habits for children and young people.
