The KSAT-kisat is a district-awarded, WA-class track and field meet held at Virtain urheilukenttä in Virrat. It begins in the early evening at 17:30, organized by Virtain Urheilijat. The program focuses on stadium events: throws, hurdles, jumps, and a few track races. The senior events emphasize throws, with men competing in shot put, discus, and hammer. Women also run the 800m. Youth categories range from 9-year-olds to U19, featuring events like 60m hurdles, high jump, triple jump, javelin, and 1500m. Masters athletes, from M30/N30 to M80/N80, participate mainly in shot put and javelin. The event is structured for both young athletes and older competitors within the local athletics community.
