Tykkimäki Trail

Tykkimäki Trail is a summer trail-running race held near Tykkimäki in Kouvola. The event center and finish are located at Tykkimäen Sauna. Participants can select from 5 km, 10 km, or 18 km distances. All races begin at 11:00 AM, and the finish line closes at 3:00 PM. Each distance includes men's and women's categories. The 5 km race also features boys' and girls' categories for participants aged 13 and under. All routes commence by following the outdoor trail encircling Käyrälampi, providing even the shortest race with a lap-like experience around the lake. The 10 km and 18 km courses extend into more diverse terrain. Red and orange flags indicate the paths, with directional signs placed at junctions. The race is suitable for both novice and experienced trail runners. Refreshments are available along the course and at the finish. Prizes are awarded to the top three finishers in each category, and prize drawings are open to all participants.
