Courir pour un sourire is a small French charity trail series held in Le Boupère, Vendée, and at Plage du Lac des Nauves in Coutras. The Le Boupère race takes place in mid-July, featuring two timed trail races and a non-timed solidarity course. The Coutras event is a spring morning race with a 10 km course and a charity walk/trail format. The Le Boupère courses measure approximately 11–12 km and 22–24 km. The longer route includes around 400 m of elevation gain, while the shorter one has about 150 m. The solidarity course can be completed individually or with a joëlette, allowing disabled participants to join. In Coutras, all proceeds benefit Kids sans frontières. The day's schedule includes same-morning bib collection, a group warm-up, and an awards ceremony prior to lunch.
