Cyclo Sud Bourgogne 2027

Cyclo Sud Bourgogne is a cycling event held in late April in Viré, Saône-et-Loire, Burgundy-Franche-Comté. It combines road cycling and gravel routes, with distances ranging from approximately 45 km for shorter rides to about 135 km for longer, more challenging routes. Participants can select timed races or non-timed randonnée options, accommodating competitive cyclists, gravel riders, and those seeking a demanding but informal cycling day. The routes traverse the vineyards and countryside of southern Burgundy. The gravel options include a 45 km route, a 62 km timed route with roughly 1,450 m of elevation gain, and a 42 km randonnée with approximately 950 m of climbing. For road cycling, the Randonnée du Crémant covers 52 km, and the Parcours du Tournugeois Chrono presents the extended expert challenge. The event operates under a national cycling designation that covers road, gravel, and mountain-bike circuits, such as Cyclo'Tour Matériel-vélo, Gravel'Tour Wish One, and MTB'Tour.
