About this race
Ruban Bleu & Co, whose motto is "smile, exchange and share," organizes this swimming, cycling, and running event focused on conviviality and solidarity. Participants will see breathtaking panoramas of the sea and beaches, including Sables-d’Or-les-Pins and the Bay of Fresnaye with its blonde dune. The Triathlon Sables et CAP, created in 2022, is considered one of Brittany's most beautiful triathlons.
