La Diabolik de Ragnar is a 6-hour trail-running series held in Herqueville, Manche, Normandy, France, near the end of March. Participants run at their own pace on repeating loops, competing individually, in pairs, or in relay teams of two or three. The timed events include four formats: solo, duo “éclaireurs de la horde,” two-person relay, and three-person relay.
The primary loop measures approximately 9 km with about 450 m of elevation gain. The event emphasizes distance covered within the time limit rather than a set distance. The solo five-loop format, considered the more challenging version, covers about 43.7 km with 2,245 m of elevation gain and is a UTMB Index race. Traileurs en Cotentin organizes the event, which is also part of the Challenge Cotentin Trail.
