La ronde des Damps - Les Damps 2026

La Ronde des Damps is a nature race held in Les Damps, Eure, Normandy, approximately one hour from Paris and thirty minutes from Rouen. It features two trail distances: 9 km and 15 km. Both races begin in the morning, and the event is limited to 400 participants. The 9 km race is open to cadets and older, while the 15 km race is open to juniors and older, allowing younger club runners and adults to compete.
