Les 10 km de Castelginest 2026

The 10 km de Castelginest begins and ends at the Complexe sportif de Buffebiau in Castelginest. The main 10 km road race, officially measured, starts at 10:00 on a Sunday morning in autumn. The same morning also features a 5 km race, a walking event, a 3 km race for Benjamins and Minimes, and shorter races for children. The Club d'Athlétisme de Castelginest organizes the event with support from the town hall. The race morning focuses on local participation, not solely the 10 km runners. Funds are raised for Castelginest charity groups, including Histoire de Coeur and Handy Sitter, which support sick and disabled children and their families. Bibs can be picked up in advance at Intersport Fenouillet or at the start area. The event concludes with an awards ceremony and a prize draw.
