Les Foulées Solidaires - Lille 2026

Les Foulées Solidaires is a charity run in Hellemmes, a town associated with Lille in northern France, designed for accessible participation. Runners can select a 5 km or 10 km distance. Younger participants have a 0.8 km Kids Run, and a 2.5 km walk is available for those who prefer walking. The event collects funds for an association, emphasizing sport throughout the day. It welcomes families, casual runners, club athletes, and individuals wishing to support the cause. The 5 km and 10 km races follow loop courses; the 5 km involves two laps and the 10 km requires four. Place Joseph Hentgès serves as the central point, hosting race starts, award ceremonies, and a village area. Participants are given a T-shirt, and awards are presented to the top three finishers in each category. Donations are also accepted from those not participating in the run or walk.
