Oxy'fer : les chemins de l'histoire 2026

Oxy'fer: les chemins de l'histoire begins in Guéret, located in France's Creuse department. Participants will travel through wooded, hilly terrain on foot or by bike. The event offers multiple options: a 12 km discovery walk, a 12 km non-timed mountain bike ride, a 17 km trail run, a 45 km mountain bike race, and longer marked cycling routes. The courses utilize Creuse trails, connecting athletic activity with local history along paths described as "in the footsteps of the past." Cyclists can select from five marked routes ranging from 12.6 to 87 km, passing through historical locations, chestnut groves, and offering views of the Millevaches plateau. The shorter, non-timed mountain bike route is suitable for friends and families, while the trail run and longer cycling distances provide a challenge for more experienced participants.
