Swimrun des 20 Plages 2026

The event features two swimrun distances: an S format with approximately 9 km of running and 1 km of swimming, and an M format with approximately 14 km of running and 3.5 km of swimming. Both events are for pairs only. The M format will also be the final of the Challenge de L'Ouest. The S and M starts will take place at 3 PM near the Sous-Préfecture parking, at the intersection of Rue du Traict and Boulevard du Président Wilson. A shuttle service will be available from the finish area near Courance beach to the start. Bib collection and equipment checks will be held at the Complexe Sportif Aimée Lallement, 24 rue Joseph le Delezir in Saint Marc sur Mer, on Friday from 6 PM to 8 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM. A mandatory briefing for all participants of the M and S distances will be held at 2:30 PM on the starting esplanade, 30 minutes before the races begin. Wetsuit rental will be available for both events.
