Trails et courses nature - Languidic is a trail-running series held at the Lucien Bigoin stadium in Languidic, with both races beginning and ending there. Participants can select an 8 km nature run or a 16 km trail race. The 16 km race starts first in the morning, followed by the 8 km race half an hour later. The event is open to the Junior category with parental consent, and all runners must provide a recent medical certificate confirming their ability to compete. The entry fee for the short race is 8 euros and for the long race is 9 euros. Registration is available online via Klikego, by mail, or by phone.
The 8 km route is designed for beginners, running alongside a river with predominantly wooded paths and minimal paved sections. The 16 km route leads participants from the town into heathland and forest trails. It incorporates a section of the Blavet towpath, passing the river and locks, then includes hills leading to the Bois de St-Urlo before returning to Languidic. Each race includes one aid station, with refreshments provided at the finish line. Changing rooms and showers are available at the stadium. Volunteers will be stationed at junctions, and a volunteer will follow behind any runners experiencing difficulty. Organizers request that participants refrain from littering and avoid using private course sections outside of race day.
