Triathlon des Gorges de l'Ardèche 2026

The Triathlon des Gorges de l'Ardèche begins in Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche in early July. The swim-bike-run events take place within the Ardèche Gorges Natural Reserve, spanning Ardèche and Gard. It accommodates various participants, from children aged 11 in the XS race to solo athletes, relay teams, competitive runners, and those preferring leisure or hiking-style participation. The event offers distances ranging from a short XS triathlon (400m swim, 10.5km bike, 2km run) to a 95km L distance. A Challenge event combines the M, XS, and L races for a total of 150.9km. The cycling course encircles the Ardèche Gorges, passing the Pont d'Arc, the natural stone archway into the gorge. Nearby attractions include Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Château des Roure, lavender fields, and local Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes cuisine, providing additional activities beyond the races. Finishers receive a medal.
