About this race
The Gary Dighton Memorial 10 is a 10-mile cycling time trial held on the P415 course. Riders begin early on a Sunday morning in June. Poole Wheelers Cycling Club is the organizer, and the format is straightforward: each rider competes against the clock, aiming to complete the distance as quickly as possible.
The P415 course is a flat out-and-back route featuring both single and dual carriageway sections. This layout favors consistent pacing and precise line selection over climbing ability. The event is part of the RTTC British Best All Rounder series, accommodates up to 120 participants, and includes categories for time trial bikes, road bikes, tricycles, and tandems. It offers Female and Open classifications, with age groups open to all.
