About this race
Pretty Muddy Poole sends Race for Life fundraisers over muddy obstacles at Baiter Park in Poole, Dorset. The main event is a 5K, just over three miles, starting at 1:00pm, with a Fun Run and a Kids Race also on the programme.
The course involves climbing, crawling, and sliding rather than chasing a fast time. Many people take around an hour to finish the 5K, but the event puts no pressure on pace, and the point is to have fun while raising money for cancer-beating research.
