Váralja utca and the Tatai Művelődési Központ place participants near the old town center for the 42nd international street race. This is not a simple fun run; it is a genuine local road event that winds through “the town’s prettiest parts,” with established traditions that runners understand. The race takes place on streets, with staggered individual starts and a relay option that attracts club runners, families, and novices alongside those competing in the longer solo race. The Start/Finish area is located by the cultural center, relay exchanges occur at the ecotourism center, and EVOCHIP manages the chip timing. A traditional detail: a cyclist follows the last runners, and if they overtake a participant, that runner's bib is marked as out.
