VI. BALATON-FELVIDÉKI NYÁRI BRINGA TÚRA

The ride starts in the old town square by the Vásárcsarnok. From there, the VI. BALATON-FELVIDÉKI NYÁRI BRINGA TÚRA heads into the Balaton Uplands, looping back after a significant off-road section. The focus is on adventure across varied terrain, not a smooth road race: expect shaded forests, rougher ground, and sufficient climbing to feel rewarding. The route largely follows dirt paths, including forestry and farm roads, and gravel tracks, with only brief stretches on quiet asphalt. A mountain bike, gravel bike, or trekking bike is suitable. Cyclists will encounter checkpoints at Hidegkút and Tamások Pincéje, offering water, pogácsa, sweets, fruit, bananas, shade, and toilets, before reaching the finish at Forrás Sportpark. The event attracts off-road cycling enthusiasts, families, older participants, and those seeking a moderate-to-strenuous summer challenge, with a raffle included.
