About this race
The 100 Km dei Forti is a mountain bike race held in Lavarone, Trentino, on Italy’s Alpe Cimbra. It takes place in June and features a long route of approximately 94 km with 2,330 m of elevation gain, and a medium route of about 52 km with 1,190 m of elevation gain.
The course crosses the Folgaria, Lavarone, and Luserna regions, utilizing pastures and mountain roads near local alpine farms. Climbs and descents are decisive factors, making it suitable for riders possessing endurance, skillful handling, and strength. S.C. Millegrobbe Lavarone organizes the event, which has approximately thirty editions completed. Italian MTB champions and younger participants are both present at the start.
