About this race
StrArzignano - Trofeo AutoVega is a 10 km road race in Arzignano, Veneto, with the start and finish in Piazza Liberta. The competitive race sits on the national FIDAL calendar and uses a homologated 10 km distance, so it is aimed at runners who want an official road result. The event is run in early October and also gives walkers, families, and casual runners three non-competitive options of 3, 7, or 12 km.
The day is built around local sport as much as racing: school groups and sports clubs get dedicated initiatives and incentives, and the organizers keep changing rooms, showers, and bag storage in the setup. Atletica Arzignano and Atletica Ovest Vicentino organize it with the Municipality of Arzignano, and around 200 volunteers help run the event. AutoVega gives its name to the trophy, while the race pack and prize pool add a practical draw for entrants beyond the town-center course.
