Flisa Backyard is a backyard ultra in Flisa, Norway. Runners begin a 6.7 km loop each hour, continuing until one runner completes a lap solo. The inaugural event commenced on a Saturday morning at 09:00 with 77 starters, filling 77 of the 100 available spots. The race concluded after 21 hours when Glenn Hjortefot Jørgensen from Ridabu was the final participant remaining.

Ida Skolegården, aged 17, initially planned for six hours of running but completed ten, while Egle Zupkiene from Trøgstad and Lithuania finished eight laps.
