Hell Backyard Ultra 2027

Hell Backyard Ultra takes place at Trudvang community center in Lånke. The race begins at 09:00 on Saturday, with subsequent laps starting on the hour. As a backyard ultra, participants return to the start area between laps, requiring their bib to be visible at both the start and finish each time. Trudvang serves as the operational center, offering indoor space for runners, areas for personal tents near the start, and organizer-provided outdoor tents. The course departs Trudvang towards Hell and Hell station, curves by the waterfront, proceeds along the Stjørdalselva river, and returns towards Lånke athletics track. Access is by car, with designated parking areas. Runners may store some personal items under a roof, though available space is restricted. The event operates on a self-sufficient model typical of backyard ultras: participants should bring their own chairs and additional food beyond the basic refreshments provided.
