Steinfjellstafetten is a two-day relay race in Trøndelag, held between Trones in Namsskogan and Røyrvik since 1993. Four local sports clubs—Elva/Namsskogan IL, Trones IL, Skorovas Idrettslag, and Røyrvik Idrettsforening—organize the event. The race is designed for teams, with categories available for workplace teams, families, sports clubs, athletics clubs, and school classes.
The first day's course runs from Trones to Røyrvik, with the second day returning to Trones via a different route. The primary climb and notable feature is the passage over Steinfjellet, the mountain that lends the relay its name. The event maintains records for winning times and participant numbers; recent editions have seen approximately twenty teams compete, and stage records occasionally fall under favorable conditions.
