Description

Free training runs using the Aerobic Capacity method developed by Chris Hinshaw. The program focuses on improving aerobic capacity through interval training with varied pace and proper effort-to-rest ratios. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Trainers: Michał Adamkiewicz and Krzysztof Lewandowski (certified Aerobic Capacity coaches). Members receive latest Reebok apparel and early access to test new running shoe models.
