Description
Slow jogging sessions for beginners and people returning to running activity. Japanese running technique suitable for everyone. Sessions include warm-up, general fitness exercises, running technique drills, slow jogging technique instruction, and group jogging through park paths. Duration up to 1.5 hours. Group meets near basketball court, look for Zielona Łódź flag. For beginners, people returning to activity, and those who find running tiring. Free participation. Sessions start November 2, 2025 on Sundays (2, 9, 16, 23, 30) and additional Saturdays (15, 29). Instructor: Karolina Szatkowska-Zawisza.
