The 10 Ząbkowicka offers runners a choice of certified 5 km and 10 km routes in Ząbkowice Śląskie, typically held near the end of August. It is locally considered the largest race in the region, with recent registration figures showing nearly 600 participants across the running and Nordic walking events. The event includes more than a standard road race: a children’s run takes place in the Market Square, alongside a family accompanying race and a Nordic Walking Cup, in addition to the 5 km and 10 km races. Participants get start packages and commemorative medals. Prizes consist of awards for top finishers, material prizes, and a raffle. A fan zone is also set up along the route for spectators.
