The 1920 Run – "Miracle on the Vistula" Half Marathon is a road half marathon held in mid-August between Ossów and Radzymin, near Warsaw. The race covers the standard 21.0975 km distance and commemorates the Battle of Warsaw. The route is tied directly to the locations significant to the event’s name, rather than being just another local loop. Recent course details indicate the start is by the Museum of the Battle of Warsaw in Ossów, with the finish in Duchess Eleonora Czartoryska Park in Radzymin. The course follows the historic Ossów-to-Radzymin line on fully asphalt roads. It is PZLA certified, features kilometer signs, and uses electronic chip timing, with a three-hour limit. Aid stations are located around 5, 9, 13, and 17 km, offering still water and isotonic drink. The start package typically includes a fabric bag and a headlamp. Finishers receive a commemorative medal, water, and a warm meal post-race. One edition was held online during an epidemic, where participants completed 21.1 km on any route, submitted a GPX file, and received medals and race packs by mail.
