Bieg na Bucze 2026

Bieg na Bucze is a small mountain running event held in Górki Wielkie, Silesia, starting at the Pod Brandysem Center on ul. Sportowa 8. The primary race covers 5.75 km, featuring chip timing and a participant limit of 120 runners. This same 5.75 km route also hosts a Nordic Walking event, restricted to 30 participants, and the event includes shorter miniBucze routes for children. The course is predominantly off-road, consisting of approximately 60% forest road or partially paved surfaces, with the remaining 40% on asphalt. Both runners and walkers begin and end at Pod Brandysem, simplifying local logistics. Participants in the adult races must be at least 12 years old on race day and provide a fitness declaration. The event is organized by the Center for Promotion, Culture and Sport of Brenna Municipality, with stated goals of promoting cross-country running, sport, and tourism in the Brenna region.
