Bieg sw. Dominika is an annual running event in the center of Gdansk, linked to the city’s St. Dominic’s Fair. The start and finish are at Neptune’s Fountain, placing runners in a busy and recognizable part of the Main City. The event welcomes serious racers and amateurs, with professional and everyday participants using the same city-center course.
The route is a closed 1,412-meter loop through Old Town and Main City streets, including Dlugi Targ, Powroznicza, Kotwicznikow, Podwale Przedmiejskie, Zbytki, Boguslawskiego, Ogarna, Garbary, and Dluga. Over 25,000 spectators can watch along the streets near the Gdansk townhouses. Race day also features partner stands, shows, concerts, and meetings with sports figures. KL Lechia Gdansk organizes the event, and the Goń sw. Dominika Prologue adds a club-linked element with starter shirts in Lechia colors.
