Hornická desítka is a November running event in Frýdek-Místek, Czech Republic. The main event is a 10 km road race, with shorter races for children and casual runners. Its name originates from its first iteration: a 15 km race between the Paskov and Staříč mines, first held in 1980 with several hundred participants, including Czech national athletes. After political changes and the closure of Paskov Mine disrupted the original route, TJ Slezan Frýdek-Místek continued the race by relocating it to the town and shortening the main distance to 10 km.
The current course consists of flat circuits through Místek's center, utilizing city streets and a park, presenting it as an urban road race rather than a point-to-point countryside run. The event now includes races for very young children (100 meters) up to the 10 km main race, alongside mass participation runs and a fun run. Around 2,000 to 3,000 runners typically participate, making it the largest event organized by TJ Slezan Frýdek-Místek. The race retains a connection to mining through its name and history, though the contemporary event is a fixture of Frýdek-Místek's town-center running schedule.
