Niedamirun - Ultramaraton Sudecki 2026

The niedamiRUN Ultramaraton Sudecki begins and ends in Niedamirów, a village situated at the edge of the Karkonosze region in southwestern Poland. This mountain trail running event offers four race distances: 13 km, 22 km, 50 km, and a 100 km solo option for those seeking a full-day ultra in the Sudetes. The courses traverse the Karkonosze Mountains, the Lubawka Gate, and the Bóbr River Valley. They also utilize borderland trails on the Lasocki Ridge, paths near Okraj Pass, and sections by the Bukówka Reservoir. The 100 km race presents a significant challenge with approximately 3,481 meters of elevation gain and descent, 11 aid stations, and a 18 hour 30 minute time limit. It awards ITRA points and is part of the National League, attracting runners aiming for rankings and those desiring a demanding mountain run from Niedamirów back to Niedamirów.
