The Orthos H2O Wrocław Half Marathon takes place in September in Wrocław, covering the standard 21.097 km distance. The main event features a single-loop course certified by PZLA, with chip timing and a limit of 600 participants. It begins and ends at ul. Międzyrzecka 3, and all participants who finish will receive a medal.
The course winds through Nadodrze and is characterized as flat, primarily on asphalt with some gravel sections. Participants will find three aid stations along the route, and the top finishers in each category are awarded trophies. The event also supports a charitable cause: participants run for children under the care of the Lower Silesian Children’s Hospice “Formuła dobra,” with half of the entry fee donated to the organization. One past edition was canceled due to flooding, but the race subsequently resumed with a significant number of starters.
